Have you ever considered helping your community, but just wasn't sure how to do so? Consider applying to the Sissonville Volunteer Fire Department. If you live within the Sissonville VFD fire protection boundaries and are at least 17 years old you can apply for membership. To apply, you will need to come to a weekly scheduled meeting at the Sissonville VFD's Loftis Station located at 515 Edens Fork Rd. near the intersection of Northfield Rd. on Monday at 7:00 P.M. and fill out an application.
